Shipping Policy

At Ecoma, we aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Some orders may need extra processing time, so check the product page or contact support for details. You'll receive a notification email with tracking info once your order ships. We strive to deliver orders by 10 PM on the same day they are shipped. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the order to us. Non-delivery may be due to incorrect address details or inaccessible areas. We or our delivery partners will try to contact you to resolve the issue. If we can't reach you within three days, the order will be returned to us.

Return Policy

Súper soft, don’t leak and great for my soba’s skin

Absolutely love the diapers, we tried a few premium brands but never looked back since we found Ecoma. They are the softest of all I have tried, zero reactions on the skin - not a single diaper rash and they are the most leaks proof.

Good diaper Delivery late

First time using the Essential Care line. The diapers are good and gentle on my baby’s skin, with no irritation. The only issue I noticed was some leaking at night.

The next-day delivery promise was not fulfilled, which was disappointing.

Overall, a good diaper, but there’s room for improvement.
